People ask me.. “Are you worried about your ends getting damaged?” My answer to that is no I am not “worried”… Color treated hair just needs a little more TLC.. Instead of just deep conditioning once or twice a month.. I will do it once a week.. I also will do my “Safflower Oil Pre-Poo Treatment” twice a month by dipping ENDS into a bowl of Safflower oil and letting it sit..
I understand that the health of our beautiful hair is important, but I am not against sprucing it up a bit with color, cuts or straightening either.. Everyone does these things at their own risk however, I don’t feel we should fear EVERYTHING…
